Return AND Refund Policy

At Umme Collection, handled by Nisha Enterprises customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a transparent and customer-friendly return and refund policy.


Return Eligibility (3–4 Days Window)

We offer a 3 to 4 days return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • The return request must be raised within 3–4 days of delivery
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

Returns requested after the specified time frame will not be accepted.


Damaged or Defective Products

We only accept returns in case of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damaged products received
  • Wrong product delivered

To process such returns smoothly, customers are required to record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel. This video acts as proof and helps us verify the issue quickly.

⚠️ Important:
Without a proper unboxing video, we may not be able to process your return or refund request.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Used, washed, or worn items
  • Products returned after the 3–4 day window
  • Items purchased during clearance sale or special discounts (if applicable)Return Process
    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
    Contact us within 3–4 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email
    Share your order ID, issue details, and unboxing video proof
    Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
    Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you
    Customers may be required to ship the product back to our address (if reverse pickup is not available in their area).

    Refund Policy
    Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
    If approved:
    Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
    The amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account
    In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will need to provide bank details to receive the refund.

    Exchange PolicyCurrently, we may offer exchange only in case of size issues or defective products (subject to availability). If the requested size or product is not available, a refund will be initiated.

    Cancellation Policy
    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
    Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

    Late or Missing Refunds
    If you haven’t received your refund yet:
    Check your bank account again
    Contact your bank or payment provider (processing times may vary)
    If the issue still persists, feel free to contact us

  • We have 7 day return policy
  • All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method in 7 business days
